Jeff Thomas currently operates Winsor South, LLC in Charleston, South Carolina. From this office, he is actively involved in development and management of real estate. Jeff holds an unlimited contractor’s license in the state of South Carolina and a real estate sales license. Jeff is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing potential acquisitions in the southeastern United States. Together Jack and Jeff will make decisions about properties in which the Company will invest. Third party consultants are also be enlisted to assist with due diligence and analysis. Jeff has relationships with a number of the regional banks in the southeast including Region’s Bank, BB & T and Suntrust. He has also developed relationships with many of the local banks in the Charleston area. Jeff also has seasoned relationships with many of the more active commercial real estate brokers in South Carolina and throughout the southeast. He is actively pursuing opportunities and expanding this contact network.
It is also significant that Jeff and Jack have both maintained contacts and business relationships with many of their former colleagues in the commercial real estate brokerage industry.
Jack Thomas is the principal of Winsor Development Corporation in Natick, Massachusetts. He also is actively involved in development, management and construction. Having spent his entire real estate career in the greater Boston area, Jack has developed an extensive network of brokerage, financing and development contacts in the real estate industry and has comprehensive grasp on the fundamentals of the Massachusetts real estate market.Jack also is currently analyzing opportunities on a daily basis.
