Jack Thomas began his real estate career in 1984. For eight years he was a commercial broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. of Massachusetts. His brokerage transactions primarily involved technology and industrial users. Product leased and sold varied from land to state of the art biotech laboratory space.

 In 1992, Mr. Thomas resigned from Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. to obtain a Master of Real Estate Development Degree from University of Southern California. Subsequently, he returned to Massachusetts and joined Jeffrey Thomas as a co-principal of Winsor Development Corporation. At Winsor Development, Jack concentrated on identifying and analyzing investment and development opportunities.   After Jeffrey Thomas relocated to the dynamic Charleston, SC area in order to expand the business geographically, Jack Thomas has been solely responsible for Winsor Development Corp. Winsor Development’s successful strategy in the mature Massachusetts’ market has focused on highly profitable niche opportunities.  Winsor Development has constructed over 175 units ranging from $250,000 condominiums to $4,000,000 single family homes. High Meadow Estates, Shrewsbury, MA. The acquisition, financing, infrastructure installation, and construction and sale of eleven luxury single family homes.

Deerpath Estates, Dedham, MA. The acquisition and entitlement of a raw land parcel. Land development included installing infrastructure and engineering. Constructed and sold eleven single residences

Winsor Road, Northborough, MA. The development of a nine lot subdivision. Installed infrastructure, constructed and sold nine single family homes.

Oak Ridge Estates, Worcester, MA. The acquisition and development of twenty-six acres. Installed infrastructure and constructed eighty-four townhome units.                                                                                                    
25 West Main Street, Westborough, MA. The acquisition and management of an 11,000 square foot office/retail property.

Jack is a 1983 Graduate of Middlebury College. He also has a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California. He is a licensed real estate broker and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. He and his wife currently reside in Wellesley, Massachusetts with his wife and their three children.
